Relo Corporate Housing Inside Sales Representative: Full-Time

Job Responsibilities:

This is a terrific opportunity to join a fast paced organization and immediately make an impact. Relo Corporate Housing is the relocation and temporary housing department within Edward Rose and Sons. In this role you will engage prospective customers to qualify and fulfill their temporary, corporate housing needs. You are a confident communicator with excellent customer service skills. You’ll work closely with the members of the Corporate Housing department to ensure the success of the Department. This role could transition into a full-time position.



  • Respond to client requests with urgency and professionalism via telephone and email while providing a sense of “concierge” service to guests and clients
  • Work closely with Edward Rose leasing staff to identify available apartments which best fit clients needs
  • Prepare best pricing options for clients based on client’s needs and desires
  • Work with communities to ensure apartments are ready for client move-in
  • With assistance of the Manager, create and send lease agreements to clients
  • Work with Account Manager to order furniture
  • Send move-in information to property staff
  • Periodically check-in with guests to ensure everything is going smoothly with their stay
  • In coordination with guest services, report any maintenance requests to communities and follow-up on work orders to ensure work has been completed
Job Qualifications:

• Previous Leasing Experience a Plus!

• Ability to work well within a team environment and to establish and maintain effective working relationships

• Experience with YARDI systems preferred, but required
