Customer Account Coordinator

Job Responsibilities:

A Customer Account Coordinator position is now available within the Relo Corporate Housing division.


The Customer Account Coordinator will be responsible for the following but not limited to:

  • Manages customer accounts after move-in

  • Provides customer service, instruct on-site staff regarding service request and incident reports

  • Determines when a service request needs escalated and sees the request through to completion

  • Generates monthly billing for customers, post payments, and manages accounts receivable

  • Completes final account settlements

  • Oversees unit turn processes in all markets

  • Orders furniture, manages any changes in lease with furniture and schedules pick up of furniture

  • Inventory control- furniture, suites

Job Qualifications:

A successful candidate must possess the following qualifications:

  • Organized

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Excel

  • Working knowledge of financials and invoices

  • Customer service skills

  • Excellent phone sales

  • Self motivated

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Multi-tasking ability

  • Positive attitude
