The Administrative Assistant serves in a clerical role at the corporate office for a Property Management/Development Company, providing administrative support for multiple personnel in the Construction Department.
Administrative Assistant Job Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience preferred
Ability to perform various clerical tasks and use a multi-line telephone
Able to work Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.
Must be professional, dependable, organized and courteous
Possess excellent grammar, editing, composition, and proofreading skills
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
Knowledge of Yardi Voyager software helpful but not required
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
Previous experience in a construction setting preferred
Knowledge of shorthand helpful but not required
Must have a valid driver’s license
