Enterprise Software Support Specialist

Job Responsibilities:

We have an immediate opening for an Enterprise Software Support Specialist for our IT Department. This position provides basic support and troubleshooting for enterprise applications (Yardi, Sage HRMS, SharePoint Online, etc.), including ticket routing and escalation, and password resets. Additionally, the successful candidate will work on various IT projects as assigned by the Enterprise Software Support Team Leader and complete tasks in a timely manner with a positive, customer-service oriented attitude. 


Additional Job Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Provides day-to-day support of Yardi and other Enterprise software applications.

  • Manages service requests, prioritizes, and routes client requests to other internal and external resources.

  • Follows-up on projects with clients and senior members of the Technology Team.

  • Perform special projects as assigned by the Enterprise Software Support Team Leader.

  • Stays current with Yardi and related applications, changes, and updates.

  • Research questions using available information resources.

  • Works overtime when necessary.

  • Travels to remote sites to perform routine updates and maintenance when necessary (10 – 25%).

Job Qualifications:
  • Bachelor degree in Technology related field or at least two years of job equivalent experience in property management.

  • Working knowledge of Yardi and related applications (Voyager, LeasingPad CRM, and RentCafe)

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint)

  • Technology experience in SQL database, web development, and software support preferred.

  • Knowledge and experience of customer service practices.

Employees are required to be honest and trustworthy with a satisfactory background. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation will be required as this position entails the operation of a personal and potentially a company vehicle.
